Previously I reviewed the deposit for renting umbrella was not refunded to me. After sending a feedback to Nestia on my issue, the Operations Executive promptly replied to me, informing me that they've manually terminated the order for me, and that status change should be immediate the moment I slot the umbrella back to the kiosk. Glad that deposit was refunded to me the next day. While there's still much improvement to be made on the guide to using umbrella, esp returning, cust svc was good.

bus alarm not working, keeps on notifying even though I'm not close to the stop

I already remove all notifications but still always pop up notification for those things that im not interested in. Very irritating

Very bad "black shop". I downloaded to use the shared umbrella, even topped up already and it keep showing me error. I emailed to ask how can I transfer back my money to my bank account, the email replied "unable to". So what now? Holding customer money and unable to use it, some more cannot get back our own money? This is nonsense. Complex interface that confusing users, thought there are functions to use but end up its all mashed up of info and ads, basically a junk app. Refund my money!

I don't understand how news headers are sorted. If you have chosen Singapore News wonder what you will you be expecting, SG News or international? Well,not sure about the rest but I did see the world 😅
